To request a refund, email support@teamadvantage.co within 30 calendar days of your purchase and include the email address used to place the order.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Once a refund is issued, your access to the applicable course, product, and downloadable materials may be removed. Refund requests submitted after the stated refund period may be denied except where otherwise required by law.

All website content and materials provided through Team Advantage—including videos, lessons, text, graphics, designs, templates, scripts, worksheets, downloads, logos, branding, and course materials—are owned by or licensed to Team Advantage and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the materials for your own personal or internal business purposes.

You may customize provided templates and scripts for use within your own business. However, you may not:

•     Share your login or course access with another person;

•     Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, upload, or resell our materials;

•     Use our materials to create a competing course, product, membership, or resource;

•     Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices;

•     Claim our materials as your own; or

•     Allow another person or organization to access the materials through your account.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying content or intellectual property to you.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity conducted through your account.

Please notify us promptly at support@teamadvantage.co if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is being shared, misused, used fraudulently, or used in violation of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for your hiring, contractor, employment, compensation, classification, tax, privacy, security, and management decisions.

Team Advantage does not recruit, employ, supervise, recommend, verify, or guarantee any virtual assistant, freelancer, contractor, employee, agency, or service provider unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

You are responsible for conducting your own interviews, background checks, reference checks, legal reviews, and due diligence before hiring or working with another person or business.
